An award-wining international design firm is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented interior designer with experience in healthcare to join their dynamic, collaborative Dallas team!
Role Description- Evaluate and apply advanced design and technical methods across project phases, including programming, design development, and coordination through construction documents.
- Lead the integration of architectural and interior design concepts, contributing to cohesive and innovative design elements.
- Develop detailed construction documents, produce area calculations, and execute accurate revisions.
- Create and coordinate presentation materials and manage project assignments with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Professional degree in Interior Design or a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience, including some healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and design software, with Revit experience highly preferred.
- Experience in all project phases, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Collaborative work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.
- LEED AP (or commitment to achieve within six months of hire) and either licensure or active interest in completing NCIDQ exams.
